Thanks for shopping at neckhammock.com. We offer a flexible 30 days return-refund policy to make your online shopping experience easier. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

U.S Orders:

We accept returns of the Neck Hammock in their original packaging (including all printed inserts, parts, and pieces) without signs of wear and tear within the first 30 days after the shipment.

Tax and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return:

Contact Neck Hammock Customer Service by emailing service@neckhammock.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.

If your order was shipped to a U.S. address, you'll receive a free UPS shipping label via email within 24 hours.

Re-package the item(s) you would like to return.

Leave your return shipment at any UPS drop-off location.

International Orders:
