Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at neckhammock.com. We offer a flexible 60 days return-refund policy to make your online shopping experience easier. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

U.S Orders:

We accept returns of the neck hammock in their original packaging (including all printed inserts, parts, and pieces) without signs of wear and tear within the first 60 days after the shipment.

Tax and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return:

  1. Request a RMA number by emailing relax@theneckhammock.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.
  2. After receiving your RMA number, please include the RMA number on the outside of the box. If your order was shipped to a U.S. address, you’ll receive a free shipping label via email within 24 hours.
  3. Re­package the item(s) you would like to return.
  4. Leave your return shipment at any USPS drop-off location.

International Orders:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, duties and taxes paid to clear customs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
